Jus de lait is a fresh drink made from raw milk serum. Milk serum is the liquid that leaks out when making curds. The casein proteins clump together due to the drop in acidity (pH). When making curds, we let the bags with kefir and yogurt hang out in large carts from which we can drain the milk serum. We add organic mango concentrate to this for a fresh sweet taste. A delicious thirst quencher that can be drunk as fresh orange juice. That's where the name comes from.
Jus de lait contains the probiotic bacteria from both kefir and yogurt, as the whey is used from both products. In addition, it contains many of the water-soluble vitamins and minerals from milk (B vitamins, magnesium, potassium). No empty calories, but a responsible drink in between.
The ideal storage temperature for our products is 4 degrees Celsius. The PET bottle is free from BPA and phthalates.
Ghee is pure butterfat obtained by acidifying raw cream and churning it into butter. This gives a delicious taste. Great for baking.
We now also make RauwPower low-fat quark with up to 12.4% protein especially for athletes. So good for active people who use a lot of energy.

A slightly sour, low-sugar thirst quencher, similar to kombucha. Cow beetcha contains the same bacteria and yeasts as our raw milk kefir.
